Looks good. One of my favorites. I only cook it about once a year but love it.

Thanks guys, try it Cap you will not be disappointed I prefer brown jambalaya but when it comes to seafood its creole all da way!

Same here, my parents made brown and red jambalaya. Brown was chicken and sausage and red was shrimp.

something about the shrimp just fits in here perfectly. I actually prefer them in this jambalaya than fried or etouffe, ya really need to try this if ya aint. Heck even the box mixes are great with shrimp and the smoked gar or sausage.
