Bluechip 03-06-2013 05:35 PM

Good luck.... .22 ammo is very difficult to locate.

FF_T_Warren 03-06-2013 05:49 PM

Gunbroker has tons of 22 ammo. That's the only place I've seen that has alot

gonzalesdave 03-06-2013 10:26 PM

If its a decent deal it last less than 5 minutes

wtretrievers 03-06-2013 10:48 PM

Keep check on Cajunammo.com, they list list what's in stock & will sell bulk. Decent prices also

Was at Academy yesterday and they had some. Had a lot of everything. Figured they just got a shipment in

Thanks a lot guys..... The wife called Lafayette Shooters and was able to order just one box over the phone. When I get in from work i will go hunting for ammo. I bought the gun for Christmas and hasnt shot it yet. He keeps asking me so I told him when we get plenty of bullet to have a good time with then we will go.

yeah i talked to some lil but head yesterday that waited in line to get some ammo from academy just to turn around and sell it for more, i asked him how much he paid for the box he said he paid $110 and wants to sell it for around $180, people like that are the reason we can't find what we need

SHORT SHANK 03-07-2013 03:48 PM

I'm hoping things will just chill out like it did after that last gun/ammo shortage SNAFU. I never thought I'd see the day I'd walk into a walmart or any store for that matter and see the ammo display completely empty. This is BS! As far as I know, this has never happend under any other administation in my 53 years of living. I wonder if they are gonna outlaw LIONS after the poor girl got killed in CA?
