At the current rate the Atchafalaya @ Butte La Rose will be at 10' in 20 days. We will have a chance of catching some reds and specs.

Hope this rate holds.

the reds have never left and there's trout right outside. I'm sure if a man spent a day inside and found good bait theres trout inside.

Salinity at the gage at cypremort point is hitting 4-5ppt on the incoming tides. Fall fishing should be just fine.

The salinity at Fearman, Marsh Island and Freshwater City are all over 10. It is over 20 at Rollover. Happy days are here again.

Where are you getting your salinity measurements from for Marsh Island?
