Hickory Pellet Grilled Leg Quarters

Nothing fancy at all! Just a bunch of chicken leg quarters I roasted on the Traeger using hickory pellets.

Seasoned simply with sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

Sides of steamed broccoli and mac and cheese.

Looks awesome sig. I bought a Louisiana grill recently and love it. It's very similar to trager. What temp do you cook chicken at?

I let it heat up to about 350 and set it there. They browd quickly, flipped them once and they were done. Probably took about an hour maybe a little more.

I cooked some leg quarters a few weeks ago at 235 and they came out great but the skin stayed chewy. I'll crank it up to 350 next time. Thanks
