East siders FYI!
piggly wiggly on greenwell springs road has case of nice looking green bell peppers for $10 a case. case is just a hair over a bushel.

98 bell peppers in the case i got got 45 diced fri and will finish the rest when i wake up today.

What are you doing with all these? Can you freeze them for a long period of time?

I buy onions ,bell pepper ,celery and garlic when it's on sale. Turn on some music and sit down at the table w/ a sharp knife , a big bowl and a trash can. dice up the veggies and freeze in gallon bags. Freeze flat and you can just break off what you need .
they will keep 9 months to a year as long as you don't let them thaw when breaking some off.
