Freezer broke with duck to mount inside
 

The fridge on my porch went out last night. I had a mallard from this past season that I intended on mounting in the freezer. It was already thawed out by the time I noticed. It's sitting on ice in an ice chest right now until I figure out what can be done with it. Can I refreeze it until I can get it to a taxidermist, or is it a loss?

call a taxidermist and ask him

You can freeze it again.

As Blue said refreeze. Don't see any issue. Hope it works out. Hate to see you loose a pretty bird.
