HOLY CRAP DUDE...... From the way he is calling, its about..... Over Canada... He must be trying to call a duck from the dead...

Red Devil 10-27-2009 06:08 PM

He's in Gueydan tryin to call em in from Arkansas. I can't believ he won. That's insane. He would blow that in my blind but one time. He would have a pot knot on his head from the 12 gauge barrel. GEEZUS.

CatDaddy 10-27-2009 06:13 PM

LOL... But thats what they like to hear at the contests.. Its how good you can work the call, not how good you can work the ducks...

But yea.. It would take but 1 time in my blind... Ill pull the old cracked Hadel DR-85, thats held together with black tape, mud, and cracklins from Lougons, and smells like a crack heads breath who has rotting teeth..

SULPHITE 10-27-2009 08:06 PM

contest calling...meat calling is what'cha want...its really about testing the ranges of the call and the control...like the duck call is an instrument instead of a tool.

dr 85
cajun squeal
zink ph2
echo diamondwood (fav)

adamsfence 10-27-2009 08:12 PM

You can make em all squel if you work it right. ;)
