Pump Pellet Rifle

Need a pump pellet rifle .177 cal -something like the old crossman for some "varmits"-nothing fancy. Anyone know with all the "new" gun laws now if they have to be registered and go thru all the federal crap like shotgun etc? Haven't bought firearms since the Clinton era.

I think i know where you can get a Banjamin .177.. Let me check on that for you when i get home.... In a few days

I had a .22 cal. Benjamin since I was in elem. school.
Bad mutha. I could kill rabbits and squirrels with it.
Rita took her from me. The beeotch.
Crossman wasn't quite that good of a gun.
Sheridan was also pretty dang good, but it shot an odd sized pellet.

I bought on last year and didn't have to register it. I think if the item is on display and you can carry it to the checkout register it probably wont need to be registered.

I bought a Benjamin .22 airrifle several years back for " Varmints" . My old eyes can't see open sights at all. Mounted one of the barrel clamp scope mounts and was knocking squirrels down like it was raining squirrels. Noticed the scope was loose one day and found the scope clamp had caused the barrel to come unsoldered from the main tube. Can't hit crap with it now. So I bought me a cheap 177 with a scope included. Gotta send the Benjamin back to the factory now . its hell gettin old...SK

My old Benjamin was sent back twice cause I broked it being stupid.
The cost was $20 both times.

No guns of any kind need to be registered in the state of Louisiana.
The store will do a mandatory back ground check, not sure if pellet guns apply.
I have a couple used ones if you are interested.

Thanks all- a 'Padner' at work has loaned me one....possums are the nastiest creatures to deal with. A little peanut butter should flush them (2-3) out of the rafters.
