10-12-16 another quick trip

Launched early to go catch pogies this am. Could not find em. Found a few finger mullet but not enough. Stopped back by the launch to get half quart of shrimp. First cast was 13" fish. Then it was 11" fish one after another and then all the barges came in and pushed up on the banks waiting for locks. Finally it settled down and fish popped back up and got on a little better fish then ran out of shrimp. They would not hit mullet. Eased to launch thinking about getting more shrimp but decided to clean wat I had and call it. Lots of fish still right by launch but were smaller than they were monday and all the barge traffic hurt too. Still managed enough for my girlfriend to fry so I can take to work tonight. EASY AS IT GETS!

Thank you for your reports. There will be a day when you stop, because everybody eventually burns out - or gets burned by giving too much information. But until then keep it up and know it's appreciated:cheers:
