I am glad things are going so well for the little man . Every time I read these updates it pulls at my heart . I know God has a special plan for this young man ,as well as your family . I will continue to pray for him and the rest of your family .
Hang in there before you know it you will be chasing him around the house.

Thanks for the picture man. That bring back memories of my twins who were born 14 weeks early. They are now strapping 15 yr olds. My prayers are with you and please give moma lots of affection. It was very trying for my wife.

Wyatt is doing okay today. He is fluctuating up and down on the numbers on his ventilator. The doctors think this is pretty normal considering his age. They claim that preemies at 2 to 3 weeks old start experiencing lung problems because their lungs get "used" to the vent. Wyatt is stable and the doctors don't think we will have another episode like last Saturday, and for that I am grateful. It is hard to not be gun shy after last weekend but I am trying to stay positive for me and my wife. Keep the prayers coming and I'll keep the updates coming too.

I like this photo because it looks like he is riding in a tube floating down a river. The only thing he is missing is a beer!

Yea...definitely made me tear up too! Praying for little Wyatt!

Mediumheavyaction6'6 11-10-2011 08:28 AM

Wyatt has been okay the last 24 hours. The doctor took time to talk to us last night and explained things a little better than any of the other doctors have. The doctor told us that Wyatt is pretty sick and time is his best friend. They have seen this before and know how to tackle any problems he can throw at them. Wyatt is having problems with his blood pressure, his kidneys, and his lungs. The doctor explained some potential treatments for all those issues and non of them were too invasive. I'll update again when I hear more from the doctors today. The summary I took away from all this is Wyatt is down but he is not out. The next few days will tell us a lot.

DUCKGOGETTER 11-10-2011 08:34 AM

Stay strong i know it's probably easier said than done, but he needs it and i'm sure your wife is a mess right now. This is a miracle happening in front of ya'lls eyes god is in control and he has plans for little wyatt. Again we said a special little prayer last night for ya'll and will continue.

blackmamba 11-10-2011 08:36 AM

Hang in there. God is getting a lot of prayers for that little man!

Jordan 11-10-2011 09:07 AM
