What is your prefered way to rig a norton sand eel??

I have only rigged them on jig heads, 3/8 or 1/2.

Good point Marshrunner. I have fished them in 10 to 13 feet of water, but if I was fishing shallower, your answer would be the best.

I've also rigged them weightless with a worm hook and fished them like a fluke under birds.
