Broccoli starting to look good
 
Broccoli starting to look good despite the heat, been watering three times a day on hot dry days. Twice other days https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...346633bf69.jpg

Man they looking good . I gave up on the fall except shallots . I think thats the drawback of the raised bed , to good of drainage with the heat . I got some peat to work in and maybe try next fall again .

I just put in 19 nice big shallot bulbs given me by a friend who always does good with em with the rain the last 2 days i noticed this morning several are peaking up already. May put some broc in next week I cleared a patch from one of our garden boxes. The 12 foot box is still making okra so we gonna let it go .

My wife just put ten quart bags of okra in the freezer that she bought and cut
