Wow!!

That may be worth the investment.

Honestly, I believe stripper clips are the way to go. You can fit more stripper clips in an ammo can than you can boxed ammo. Loading from the stripper clips is not quite as fast as this gadget, but it is nearly as effective. Besides, if SHTF you won't be dealing with opening boxes of ammo.

Pretty neat. I'm thinking anyone with a router could make that pretty easily.

My father in law just built one of these for my brother in law to try out. He's thinking of making them and selling them for around $200 is what he's thinking. What do they normally go for?

kibb 08-11-2015 03:16 PM

$119

Dang. Seems pricey for a block of wood.

Brother in law said the table he looked at was around $400. Father in law built him a table to sit at that holds spare clips. I'll try and get a pic of it.

Someone will make it out of plastic and the price will drop considerable. For me it's stripper clips or LULA.

duckman1911 08-18-2015 10:41 PM

Don't see the deal with hand loading. Ten in then pop it to make sure they are all the way back in the mag. Keep extra mags loaded and rotate your mags. 3 loaded mags per rifle at all times. Minimum.
A plastic version at around $50/60 would sell like crazy though.

I just watched the video again to look at the design.

Something just as good could be made out of a 2 x 4 board and sell for $ 10-15.

swampman46 08-21-2015 02:38 PM

200? No way. $39.95 and he'll make alot more money in the long run. Don't forget, this CAN be made with a router.

hankscke123 11-28-2015 09:08 PM

I just keep 100 mags loaded for a slow day lol
