Local Foods Night Lafayette Tonight 9/9

Anybody that is into eating locally produced/organically raised food, come out to Brick and Spoon on Kaliste Saloom tonight. They are doing something called The Local Pantry, where they locally source most of the ingredients for a special menu available only tonight. There is live music and a small farmers market, where I will be selling beef. There is also a dish featuring my beef on the menu. If you come by, introduce yourself

Missed it, I live just down the road. Are they going to make this a normal event? I love properly grown fresh stuff. I think any decent chef can shine with fresh ingredients. Sorta like fresh versus frozen fish
