3 blinds, roughly 300 acres in gueydan. The land is contiguous and there is much more room outside of blinds to goose hunt off levies or lay outs. Barely any pressure around. Off of Ellis bridge road well south of highway 14 which is a great area. Would like to lease the whole piece for $18,000 to one individual or group.
