Boat shoes

I need a comfortable pair of boat shoes or flops. My feet have been killing me at the end of the day while on the boat. My reef flops have about had it. It's to the point it's more comfortable without them. Let me hear some suggestions. I looked at some of the shimano shoes already and like insoles in them.

Columbia makes some, they looked comfortable.

Find some Sperry boat shoes. Been having a pair of flip flops for 3 years now. The boat shoes are good also. Academy has a limited selection.

Had some Shimano Evairs that were really comfortable, but looked like crap. Now I wear Sperry Billfish

me too. i like both the shimano and columbia's, but my feet sweat in crocks and i sure they'll sweat in these also. i saw a guy in fl with a pair of what i'd call flip flops on steriods and they looked comfortable and open enough to keep feet ventilated. anyone know what they were? looked like a flip flop with a strap across the instep, like a flip flop/sandal and a sole like the shimano's.

Sperry's are great, but stank like a mother after a while and you will become sterile if you wear socks with them

Been wearing crocks for 2 years and my feet hurt at the end of the day. I got a pair of the Columbia shoes and used them this weekend. after fishing all day long my feet didnt hurt. i like em.

Had plenty of Sperry's in the past too hot and stanky. I seen those powervents at academy but I didn't think they were worth the $80 they wanted. Those draimakers look nice though.

Love my Sperry's but they do get to smelling. I use the deodorizing spray I use for my running shoes it works great got it at tri running.

Yeah, did that quite a bit on Friday, I was HOT! Actually wore them all day fishing they were so comfortable I then wore them to a crab boil that night.

The $90 price tag snuck up on me. I thought they were $60 till I got to the register. Wife banned me from Academy...until next payday...
