mirlitons

Our local HS has a citrus tree and plant sale every so often. They sell Mirliton plants sometimes.

I've also seen them for sale at our local farmers market. I'll swing by Saturday and see if they have any.

ETA, there's a ton on Craigslist.

Did you get your Merlitons?

A lady at the farmers market told me she had about 40 plants for $6 a piece. They there every Saturday AM from 8-12 Under the HWY 90 Overpass at LA1 in Raceland

How are yours doing? I'm still waiting to put mine in the ground. They look like they're struggling too.

simplepeddler 04-03-2014 02:02 PM

I planted them yesterday evening.........this is my first attempt......

they seem to be fine, I am sure they will take a beating from the transplant though......
