Can't watch videos

Does anyone know why I can't watch videos from here? This is only site I have this problem. This is what I get when I click the play button.

What phone do you have? Is this over WiFi or your phones' network?

IPhone 4S and it does it with both wifi and phone service

IPhone is your problem.... get a DROID and you can get a flash player

I can watch all the videos on my iPhone.
