Slimy trout....
 

Well trout not my first choice . I fish them when nothing else biting , except hardheads and sailcats of course....I much rather a good choupic fillet and my favorite is a whole fry butterfly perch...Anyway trout it was tonite so I made cakes like redfish and crab....Couple in cornmeal and couple in flour....Wasn't bad... I think I prefer the floured one's...May stuff some redfish with this and bake...
