Homemade Meatballs For Poor Boys
Having made such a large amount of red gravy the other day I thought meatball poor boys would be perfect for dinner this evening. About 4.5 lbs of ground beef along with some bread crumbs and other ingredients I made 23 tennis ball sized meatballs. I also took out a package of my homemade hot Italain sausage and they are all baking right now and they will all be going into a pot of red gravy to get even better tasting than it already smells. http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...5/DSC03253.jpg http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...5/DSC03254.jpg Alright, so the meatballs baked for 30-35 minutes and I took them out and put them into the simmering gravy with the Italain sausages. http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...6/DSC03255.jpg http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...6/DSC03257.jpg Once again the smells from the homemade sauce had the whole house smelling fantastic. Done and time to eat! http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...6/DSC03260.jpg Meatballs, provalone cheese, mayo, pickles and just a lil mustard. http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...6/DSC03261.jpg http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...6/DSC03264.jpg |
