I don't wanna hear anymore about how I badmouthed Billy STIX. I just spent 38.51 minutes on the phone with Billy. I appologized for you people who were starting stuff about how I was badmouthing him. In reality I explained to him that I wasn't. It was people on here who "assumed" that I was. We talked about what we could do to fix it. He admitted that he wasn't in his right state of mind when we talked last night because he just got home from his other job. I explained to him that I was not trying to put a bad reputation or a bad name on him for what we talked about last night, that I was letting people know on here that I broke my rod. He offered me a deal I couldn't pass up. None of you will hear about it until this deal is here in person.

I can't believe it........when I slam a rod in my tailgate then step on it on the bank I wouldn't think it would be under warranty.......that's awesome!!!!

Everything Billy does is legit. The only thing that isn't legit is posting up and whining about it without ever telling Billy the whole story and asking him to replace it under warranty. "I broke my rod today and I want to order another one" isn't the same thing as "My rod snapped while fighting a fish and I'd like you to replace it."

I'm not sure how you expected your post not to be taken as a knock against Billy. :confused:
