cut fresh jalapenos
creme cheese bacon

rap them puppies together with the bacon with the pepper and creme cheese
toothpick all dat goodness together and soak in some marinade of choice.
I like soy sauce and olive oil.

chill them boys......
then place them on a hot like firecracker grill and when the creme cheese starts to burn a little the are done.......

hmmmmm

Put them swimps in the fridge after you season them.
Make you a good size pot of garlic cheese grits and put them in the fridge overnight too.
Take out the garlic cheese grits and make some small patties . take out the shrimp. fry the patties in butter and olive oil. Put aside and keep warm.\
Warm the shrimp and place on top the grits . Make a sauce of butter flour and cream . top with sauce and diced green onions

swamp snorkler 05-06-2010 09:03 PM

slice them across the back, stick a piece of prosciutto, cream cheese and a sliver of jalapeno pepper, wrap it in bacon batter it like you would any fried shrimp and fry them puppies.
