I figured since your Resume is Stellar you might be able to answer this question, I ordered something off of Ebay for my oldest and it has not arrived yet. It was promised in 5-6 working days (today is 8 working days) and was time sensitive. He no longer needs the order, what do I have to do to reverse the order and have my Kredik Kard refunded????

We have contacted the Post Office they say that it will take 2 - 9 business day; in addition, we did send you the item right away we reveiced the payment. The Post Office also mention that the package is still in route, if you stil didnt receive it by 5/19 then we will file a claim for lost. Please give one more week and if you still decide to return then we could refund you back after we received reverse shippment from you, we will refund you full less the shipping Fee.
