wma files

okay, I need some help with music downloading. I use Limewire to download most of my music. I keep running into most of the files that are available are in wma. I can download them fine, but my media player wont play them on my comp. I downloaded tuneconverter and switch sound file converter, but Im still not sure what the heck Im doing. I need a simple way to get around this if there is any.

IDK.......it was already on pc when I got it.........media player won't play vids from my phone, divx will..........it plays everything. I think it has it's own converter........BUT......not sure you can upload it to a mp3 player and hear it after??? Good luck with that.........
