Pork Roast w/ carrots potatos and gravy

What goes good with pork roast? I am cooking one this weekend and want some suggestions on different sides . Green beans and corn were my first two picks. Give some ideas.

If you pot roast it, cook the taters and carrots with the roast after it is almost ready.
Throw it on some rice and eat dat like there is no tomorrow.
