I have a buddy that goes every year and they go around and ask people to hunt their land and alot of the people up there will let you as long as you show and give respect

Plenty of public hunting opportunities. Check out the dept of wildlife site for ok. I understand that the public hunting there is not crowded like it is here.

From my experience up there it just depends where you hunt. But overall Ducktrickster got it right, it didn't seem as crowed. There are tons of opportunities though. I hunted all last season and we had a great season. I lived in Enid at the time, which is a little over 2 hours from Pryor.

My in-laws got some land up there but it's a long way from Tulsi.

I know every year we go birds are everywhere......
I may just have to tote father in law around to help me get permission!

It would be great to find a little brake with water.

Ray, thanks for the link. I talked to Tim this morning and I am in the works of booking a hunt for next season. It looks pretty impressive and he is a real nice guy to boot.
