Went to academy today, found a 6' 6" falcon bucco on sale for 79.95. It was the last one in stock so I had to grab it. Nice medium action perfect for topwater and plugs. Got some new sufix 832 braid, best braid I ever used! If you like braid you need to try it.

I hope you know I'm jokin'. ;) I am a walkin' billboard for Falcon. If you like the split-grip......this will be your best bang for the buck on the market.

A buddy was havin' trouble feelin' the bite on the Causeway, so, I hooked him up with a Buccu and that problem is solved. He said he'd rather have a 6'6", tho.

I went stick a few bass behind my house with it....very nice rod for the money. I am really liking this sufix braid too, cast awesome and not as loud as power pro.

Not as loud=less friction=better cast :smokin:
