My first smoke

Tried my first smoke today... a brisket and 2 rib roasts. Brisket went for 7 hours rib roasts went for 4. Letting em rest right now gonna eat around 7...hope they are as good as they look

ooooohhhhh, dat looks good sha . Doing some brisket and butt tomorrow. Then a big ribeye rack on Friday.

Brisket was amazing rib roast was a little dry but i just put some juices on it and saved it... all together I think my first smoke was a sucess

That looks nice. I like to inject my meat before I smoke it. I think it gives in a nice flavor and makes it more juicy.

Looks great. Buy your dad a new gasket for the egg, it sure helps with low and slow cooking.
