Boudin balls
I know how to make boudin links. But how do you make boudin balls?? Do mix something in them to prevent them from falling apart? Do you roll them in flour before frying?

I make the balls batter em in egg wash flour and corn meal. Freeze them in wax paper and they don't fall apart. Good luck and be careful when putting frozen stuff in hot grease.
