PLEASE HELP!!! Power trim

Well power trim stop working at the console all of a sudden!!! Worked for a split second and stopped!! What could have caused this problem. But Works at the motor

I have fire on all fuses Also. motor starts. Choke doesn't work either at the console. Could this be a ground problem.
