Usa indoor championships.
 
Hello my Salty Cajun Family. Set your dvr sunday feb 27 on ESPN 330-5pm the 2011 USA INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS. I Lawrence Willis will Defending my triple jump title. I am the 2010 USA indoor triple jump champion. I won last year on my last jump. With a distance of 55 feet 3 inches Here is my athlete bio on USA track and field. That's cool man....I ran track in College, 100m, 200m 400m relay, 800m relay & 55m indoors Yup as a White boy too! ;)

I did all that.....but in High School [BRHS in Baton Rouge].......back when everything was still in Yards.

Good luck....Lawrence. I hope it all comes together and you can get off that "one" good jump. I will try to remember Feb. 27.....I love to watch a good meet.

I tripple jumped in one high school meet......I think the coach just wanted to see what I could. Believe I took a 3 or 4 place with a jump ~20 feet shorter than what you are jumping.

I coached a guy from Zachary High School named Leonard Scott that won the 55 meter dash in the USA's and World Indoor Championship in Moscow in '06.

Im a Field athlete for McNeese, Good luck! I throw the hammer, weight, discus and shot, but tore my labrum in the offseason. I hold the mcneese school weight throw record at 17.51m. Thing weighs 35 pounds.
