BREAKING NEWS: The last few days’ strong winds have kept us off the lake but the times we have been able to get out the catching has been pretty good. Waders continue to catch respectable speckled trout (4 to 7 pounds) on Corky’s, Catch 2000, catch 5 and East Beast Hackberry Hustlers. As you know spring time is our BIG TROUT season and a few solid fish are coming to the dock. Call the “DUCKETTS” toll free 1.888.762.3391 and get hooked up. Remember our popular Fishing Show special ($780.00 for 3 people) is available the whole month of April even on the weekends

True albino snapper. Crabs are cleaned, then boiled regular, with no heads. Layer them in an ice chest, melt butter and garlic together, the drizzle over. Awesome.

The meat doesn't fall out of the crabs? How long do you boil them for and I suppose a slow roll boil not wide open?
