BBQ Chicken Wings
2 Attachment(s)
Chopped off the lil part that has no meat and chunked.
Cut the other 2 parts apart and soaked in Luds Sauce overnight in Ziplock. Put on some Pecan wood on the smoker for a couple hours at 225 deg. with a couple Pork roasts. Basted with Luds every 3 minutes. After 2 hours, slapped on some Budweiser BBQ sauce on half of them. The other half just plain smoked. Let sit on smoke for another 30 minutes. Removed and vacuum packed all of the plain smoked wings and most of the ones with BBQ sauce on them. Taste tested a dozen or so and put the another 6 or so in the fridge for Saturday snack to feed my hangover. |

LOL, bought everything on sale at Market Basket and put it on the pit today.
Except for 2 racks of Baby Back Ribs. Didn't have room on the smoker, so I frozed them till next time I am off work. Couldn't pass them up. They was too good a price. |
