Champion 220 Bay deadrise

Anyone have experience with the 220 Bay. I know the 22 Bay Champ and 24 Bay Champ were amazing boats, but I don't hear much about the 220 Bay. I see the superficial differences (no pop-up cleats, no jump seats), but I'm mainly interested in the deadrise. Looking at it from the stern, it looks pretty flat, and I'm just wondering if the ride is comparable to the 22 Bay Champ.

I am aware they are out of business, but there are a bunch of these on the used market.

12-14" depending on fuel and load

I'm assuming you mean draft (surely it's not 12 degree deadrise is it?)I'm not as concerned with the draft, but more concerned about the ride. Is it comparable to the 22 Champ. The rear of the 220 Bay appears much flatter.

My bad I misread your post, not sure what the deadrise would be but im sure its not much. The champions sit pretty flat.

Deadrise on the Bay Champ is 16. Dunno about the Bay.

Don't know what the deadrise is but I test rode one and the next day tested a 22 BayChamp. I bought the BayChamp. I was limited on how much rough water I could find - boat wakes - but to me the BayChamp was far superior.
Hope it helps.

I just bought a 220 champion and it handles the rough water pretty good. Not sure on the actual deadrise measurement but the rear of the hull is flatter than the bay champ. Ive rode in the bay champ tunnel hull and the 220 rides better IMO.
