Well folks it finally happend for me.Sunday me and and some freinds set out to do some bank fishing around lake calcasieu.Started out slow and ended slow only caught one fish all day,But luckly it was the one i wanted.Caught this sucker on 12 lb test with a pheluger presidential spinning real.If you want a good spinning real i highly recomend it.We got set up to catch the out going tide in my favorite new spot .When i set the hook it ran for a good 100 feet i had no clue what i had after a good five minute battle she showed her self and when i seen the spots i damn near lost. All i could do was scream net net net over and over again.all i know is im hooked on trout fishing and shes going on the wall.Came out at 26.5 inches and right at seven pounds was a very chubby fish. Not bad for my 5th trip to big lake.

You have to enter before you catch the fish!!!

You would of been in the lead for Big Trout....Biggest so far was around 6 half...

That's why you enter,,,one cast could be a winner!!!
