Caught a bucket of real nice white shrimp by T-Boys weirs today.
If'n I knowed how to throw a dang cast net, I could have kicked butt.
I was surprised at how big they are right now.

The other boat there kicked butt. They musta been throwin a 10 ft. net.
I did good enuff. Brought home enuff to fill 4 quart containers of peeled shrimp.
Ate some today for lunch.

Soaked in Lud's Sauce over night, grilled for about 5 minutes.
They came out perfect. Spicey, tender and juicey.
