Me and a buddy of mine caught our limit of specs @ josephs harbor early october of 09. Used 1 rod with a live shrimp under a cork and another with a cocahoe w/chartruese tail. We had at least 10 over 20''.

a buddy has a camp just down the road from there and they hamma some fish there to ! i caught a few trout about 2 months ago, but in a diff area !

joseph's harbor is part of the rockefeller wildlife refuge. its about 30 min past pecan island when heading east towards pecan island
