Prien to Big Lake 6-27-11
Hit Prien with PaulMyers this morning didn't do much caught one nice flounder, headed towards big lake found a few fish but had to work for them. Caught 16 trout and 2 flounders, ended up only with 9 keepers and released the big girl to fight another day, the wind sucked! Paul caught a nice one close to 5.5 pounds. Majority was caught on suspended baits water was decent coloration ran back to the launch in prien and the water was gorgeous in there!

Nice trip guys, looks like that good luck paid off for paul. Water is nice in prien...wish big lake had the same. Thanks for the report!

We went to prien yesterday evenin. Ended up catchin about 6-7 trout and 1 flounder. But all da trout were pickles.

not bad man. I hope to catch that this weekend, I'm kinda doubtful though. That lake isn't too easy to fish in the summer time with artis

Been having to work for it with artis lol but rather catch 6-10 good trout on topwater than catch 50 ten inch trout with skrimps just ain't fun IMO |
