wanting to do some duck hunting this year, I heard that platin used to hold some ducks. anyone know if this is true or if you can even get there or hunt there? any info is appreciated.

You talking about the Platan around Ville Platte? If so, I believe it is all private and like a desert for eatin ducks, friends did kill 40-50 good ducks one year and 40-50 trash ducks.
