LOL................been in a philisochical debate with my boss for a couple days.

Of course he is burdened with the Regional VP title so, common sense is not something he can use in a fight, policy and procedure is his only ammunition.

Been there done that....Its tough dealing with corperate sometimes....Im blessed to have an awesome RVP now...not so in the past.

Just wanted to know where all the anger came from.
