The Tranquility?

A few weeks back while fishing out of fourchon, we saw this barge/house boat/resort called the tranquility. Now I know someone on this site has to know some info on this place. Do they rent rooms? Is it a charter resort type thing? Is it personally owned? Oil production owned? Whats up with this place? Looks loaded with $$$ to say the least. Tried finding info online but I never could come up with anything.

I would put the value of that boat between 3 and 4 ( million ). It's something to see up close.

Don't they own the New Orleans Hornets? My buddy has one close to but not quite like that. He used to have it at Acadiana Marina in PI. Not sure where it is now. And his was 3-4 million so that one is prob twice that.
