Mermentau River

Took my boys out on the river and had a blast catching bream after bream, alot of small ones around 25-30 keepers but I threw them back cause I'm lazt and didn't feel like cleaning them. We fished for white perch also not to good we were in around 8' of water caught about 6 white perch, had fun. If you have little one go get about 200 crickets and alot of cold drinks find some tree tops in the shade and have fun.

I am from Cameron. I was thinking you was talking about the southern end, saltwater...
My mind don't go that far up the river...
