What to look for in a fishing yak?

I am looking to put some fishing kayaks in my store in Lafayette. This will be new to us as we are primarily a hunting store. Just curious as to what is the most popular and what to look for in a fishing yak? Do you guys prefer sit in or sit on top? Any suggestions will be a big help. Also I amlimited to what brands I can buy b/c of other retailers in the area. So if you know of any good brands that are hard to find in this area that would be a big help. Thanks.

Check out Malibu kayaks. I don't think pack and paddle or backpacker carry them, and they are a quality brand.
