Trying to post video from and I-phone 4 to the web.
all the forums say the same thing, it can't be posted.
Do I need to convert them to something of do I have to post on you tube first?

Most forums don't allow extremely large uploads, which videos typically are. You can upload it to YouTube (which shrinks the video to a much smaller size as you are uploading), then link to it on the forum and it will embed into your post.
