Rust issue sur

I have a double barrel SxS that needs some rust treatment. Whats the best stuff to use. Its only in a few places but really needs to be taken care of before it gets any worse. There is one spot that looks like it may be a little more than surface rust. Dont want to ruin its value by re-blueing. What can I do????

0000 steel wool and any gun oil. If its pitted underneath badly enough I'd worry about shooting the thing. It might take a bit of time but it will eventually get back to bare metal. A trick I learned from a gun shop, leaves no scratches.

There is a product called blitz, it puts a protective coating on your gun will keep it form rusting, leaves dull finish.

iosso gun brite finish is also another product, polished finish doesn't look oily. this is what I put on my shotguns before I go duck hunting
