Me and Bjhooper headed down to the camp thursday night. We arrived a little to late to hit the lake for a afternoon trip. So we decided to fry up some backstrap and some skrimps. Let me be the first to tell you, Bjhooper surely can fry!! After we ate and watched the game we decided to go fish under some lights. Put the boat in around midnight and trolled around the lights not finding any fish we headed down to one of my buddys wharf to meet him. Stayed there till 3:30-4:00. Ended up with 30 fish. Mostly specks. Had some sandys, flounder, croaker, and reds in the mix. We also had 2- 30lb bonus fish http://www.saltycajun.com/forum/images/icons/wink.gif. We had spotted what we thought was a big red swimming by the wharf. We both threw at him and simultainously hooked the fish. The dummy drummy actually bit on a glow sparkle beatle at the same time i noticed my bait over his back and set the hook! He was peeling drag from both of our poles. Got her in and kissed her good by before letting her ugly *** go!

Needless to say we had great plans for the morning trip(which didnt get started until around 10). Hit the water and headed south. We were fishing the ship channel and were greeted by lil miss "pinky". It was both of our first time seeing her. It was pretty cool. We both put down the poles to take some pics and only managed a few good ones. We fished till around 2 and only picked up 6 specks and 2 reds. Could have gone catch our reds but didnt really feel like cleaning dem thangs!

During the day i had noticed my motor was not running up to speed and had a lil vibration to it at slow speeds. Trimmed it up and was missing a huge chunk out of one of the blades. We never hit anything, that i know of. O well, any one ever run a 5 blade?? just wondering!

I posted a few pics from the weekend.

I found a stress crack in my prop last year. Photo'd it and emailed the company and they replaced it free no questions. I would contact that company since that is roughly the same area on the blade and shape of the crack that I had. They will also see there is no scaring on the edges of the remaining blades which shows you did not hit anything.

Too much torque from the Sho for the prop to handle...defective prop no doubt!
