They was Everywhere 10-24

Slipped down to the lake this morn solo. When I pulled thru Texaco cut the birds was everywhere. I slung a few on the old skitterwalk ,then a few more on a Jerk Jr natural shrimp. Had my trout by 10 ,then just hit birds across the lake from Texaco to Old Jetties . Caught em till I was tired of catching at 1:00. The trout are there just begging to get in the boat ,so go get em guys.

I forgot to take a darn pic again ....ADD got me

There is a trick to tell when sand trout are under birds ....... Watch them next time and you will notice ...That way you dont waist time like the yo yos chasing them

How do u deal with birds that want to take you topwater bait? They keep swooping down to fly off with mine.

I dont throw topwater in the birds ,I wait till they stop picking . I find the faster you reel the more they want it ,sometimes I just stop and they go away .

Hook one and I promise they will not try it again:D

All I throw is topwater under birds so I can get the better trout and not have to mess with sandies or smaller fish...
