got my set already mounted from wal mart, 30 bucks a side for tire and rim. Didn't have to wait at tire shop for mounting it was worth it to me for the few extra coins.

Kumho
Kumho makes the longest lasting 14'' radial tire. I've had mine for 2 years with minimal wear. They Kumho 857 trailer tires. $110-$120 at tirerack.com

I got my 14" tires from Interco in Rayne, they seem to be lasting real good so far. When I added my other axle to my trailer I picked up my rims from Leblanc's in Rayne also. You'll be looking at around 120$ a rim and tires setup in galvanize steel.
