Does anyone know exactly what the DMV needs to issue a new registration when purchasing a boat trailor?

call a private title place near you and they can take care of it. I just bought a trailer from a guy that had lost his and they just filed for a new registration

I dont think I ever needed proof of insurance. Doesnt hurt to have it though, just to be safe. |
