Fished Avery Canal this morning. Windy with 2-3’ waves in canal. Water clear and salty. For reference, the smallest red is 17”, two other reds 24”, blue cat 6 pounds, drum assorted.

Nice catch man....my podna went fish by the bridge in delcambre yesterday and loaded a 100 qt with reds and catfish. Good cheap way to fill the freezer.

Last year around this time I set out some jug lines in one of the dead ends just south of the bridge and could not keep up with 6 lines.
